What is your return policy for area rugs?
We offer a 30-day return window for all rugs in their original, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and some custom-sized rugs are final sale.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock rugs ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How should I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended for most rugs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain fiber integrity.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
While we strive for color accuracy, please note that monitor settings and room lighting can affect how a rug looks in your space. We recommend viewing product photos on multiple devices for the best representation.
